DARIN MARTINI

President

Darin joined AMD in 2023 from JM Smucker Company, where he was Senior Director – Commodities & Ingredients since 2014. His previous experience includes managing procurement teams in commodity risk and strategic sourcing. His career started as an institutional desk manager / independent trader on the agricultural floor of the Chicago Board of Trade.
Darin serves as AMD’s President (both companies) overseeing overall leadership and management of the business.

DAVID TRIGLIA

Controller / General Manager

Dave has been with AMD from the start and has since guided the company’s growth from 30 Million Dollars to over 100 Million dollars. He manages cash positioning, banking partnerships, lending facilities and FX trading programs. Dave has also implemented and coordinated the successful launch of 2 software systems since 2005.

JEANNE D’ELIA

Vice President - Operations

Jeanne joined AMD in 2009 and grew her role significantly as she took on additional responsibilities and analytical projects. Particularly a QA initiative that led to AMD obtaining BRC certification. Jeanne is now Vice President of Operations and oversees our QA process along with many other operational and quantitative aspects for sourcing, importing, and distributing products.

BEVERLEY MERGL

Office Manager

In 2005 Beverley started with AMD as office manager and administrative assistant. As in most small business, she handles and assists on EVERYTHING else that needs to be done behind the scenes. Her duties and responsibilities are too numerous to capture here and are essential to keep AMD running in a seamless manner.

CHERYL GUEVARA

Sales Account Management

Cheryl manages all customer accounts and oversees customer satisfaction. With her outstanding organizational and communication skills she manages all contracts, large and small, to ensure customers have secured bookings to meet their needs and the proper QA documentation to move forward. Cheryl is also proficient in database management and maintains our import database. She has been with AMD since September 2013.

KAY-ANN McDONALD

Logistics and QA Management

Kay-Ann manages our freight forwarders, importing merchandise into the country, handling warehousing arrangements and, most importantly, arranging the timely and well communicated deliveries to our customers. With her exceptional attention to detail and follow-up, she was given the responsibility for maintaining documentation and internal programs for both AMD's BRC and Organic certifications. Kay-Ann started with AMD in September of 2015.

BONNIE JAMIESON

Finance - Full Charge Bookkeeper

Bonnie has been with AMD since August 2014 and manages vendor and customer documentation through our ERP system for invoicing and accountability. Her analytical prowess allows her to substantiate, create and provide reports that capture important aspects of the business. Bonnie also assists in the vetting and recommendation of charitable organizations to which AMD makes monthly contributions.

SHANA ENCARNACION

Import Documentation and Customer Service

Shana started with AMD in July 2022 and was hired to keep up with our growing volume. She is responsible for solidifying our import documentation, maintaining inventory programs and supporting customer QA inquiries through the TraceGains portal.
