DESCRIPTION:Refined Olive Pomace oil is oil obtained through treatment of Olive Pomace with solvent (hexane), excluding those obtained through rusterification and any blend with other types of oil.
ORIGIN:Spain, Turkey, and Morocco – Certificate of Origin provided by supplier with every shipment.
PURITY:Free of residue (B refined) or re-esterified oils. Must meet all Codex Alimentarius standards.
CERTIFICATE OF ANALYSIS:Each shipment to include certificate.

APPEARANCE, FLAVOR & COLOR:Clear and transparent with dark yellow color and greenish tint.  Clean, bland flavor and odor.  Very light olive taste.

INGREDIENT SPECIFICATION:All deliveries of Olive Pomace Oil shall comply in every respect to the requirements of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, as amended and regulations promulgated there under, as well as applicable federal, state, and local laws and ordinances ( in effect on the date of shipment ) substantially similar thereto. In addition, the product shall comply to the above specifications.
